Ham Radio: Workbench 20 Listener Projects part 2

On episode 20 of The Workbench podcast, George is back and now Jeremy joins him from the road as he heads to the Midwest RepRap Festival – 3D printing gathering in Goshen Indiana.

We continue our interviews with three listeners who are building interesting ham radio and electronics projects.  Rex KE6MT builds a digital doorbell, Jeff KK9JEF builds a 40m CW transceiver and Don KG5IWL builds a Bit-X transceiver and a custom case.

Dayton (Xenia) Hamvention

  • HamRadio 360 will be at Hamvention again this year.  We will have booth 6501 & 6502 in building 6.  Stop by and say hello !
  • We were invited to do a talk in the forums on Saturday at 2:30 – We will talk about building and operating ham radio gear with a focus on antennas, batteries and radios.  We will also discuss our Workbench build projects.
    All are welcome!  In fact, the room holds 450 people so bring a friend !
